Hallomoon is a licensed construction company with an architectural background. We are not as large as some, but it's our education, experience, and community involvement that defines us.
Hallomoon Construction is located in West Linn and Manzanita, Oregon.
Philosophy
We believe that your home is a connection to the individual and family. Yet in building and remodeling, a significant amount of time, resources, and personal, enduring decisions will come into play to make that a successful connection.
Listening, comprehending and being transparently honest- when we get to know each other, the strength of the results will reflect teamwork and trust, and what might have been simply a process becomes and enjoyable remodeling or building process.
Everyone is integral to our process from our principal Jon McLoughlin as lead and design on all projects, to you, the Client, leading the way with your vision.
We believe every room in each project should feel like it was conceived for you and your family, not simply for art’s sake.

In my studies, I came across this quote from John Ruskin, an English writer, lecturer and art critic, who lived from 1819 to 1900.
Hallomoon Construction aims to do the finest work possible, and Ruskin’s thoughts go a long way towards describing our business philosophy.
“It’s unwise to pay too much, but it’s worse to pay too little. When you pay too much, you lose a little money. When you pay too little, you sometimes lose everything, because the thing you bought was incapable of doing the thing it was bought to do.
